Over the last 24 hours, some of our customers may have noticed intermittent downtime and error messages (specifically “421 Misdirection” errors) when trying to access their websites.
A recent cPanel update introduced a change affecting servers running EA‑Nginx (and other proxy setups). This change caused misrouting of requests, which resulted in 421 errors and downtime for affected sites.
