Here’s something we’ve learned the hard way, more than once:
If your website and your email are on the same server, one of them is going to screw up the other. Eventually.

When your host manages your email, you’re at the mercy of whatever that server is doing. If the server crashes, your site goes down and your email goes with it. If your IP gets flagged for spam (maybe not even your fault), good luck getting deliverability back.

And when you need help? The support is usually a ticket system, a robot, or someone reading a script in another time zone.

That’s why we never host email.
Never.

We specialize in hosting websites — securely, efficiently, and with full attention. Email deserves its own environment, its own protection, and its own experts.

For clients who want something that just works, we recommend Toast.net here in Toledo. They handle Google Workspace setups, manage your accounts, keep things running, and actually answer the phone when you need them.

Your website is a marketing machine.
Your email is a lifeline to your business.

But they shouldn’t live in the same house.
